Unless the PPACA made HIPPA illegal, then there is definitely a conflict.

Well, AFAIK it doesn't, but usmcstinger seemed to think it did...but then he didn't revisit the thread, so I think it's fair to call that a drive-by.

Who says ObamaCare is "an Insurance Company" other than the OP?

ObamaCare is not Healthcare either, it's just Mandatory Insurance.
