The UN Security Council voted down the partition plan in 1948.

There is no partition plan to enforce.

 

Arabs did not think twice, when they wanted to relieve (loot, plunder) jews of what was jewish. And, as we fully expect arabs to behave, they fall back on the status quo ante, that is, they behave like a bad casino gambler, who bet and lost, and demands his bet returned to him in full, because he's truly convinced losing is not fair to him. Arabs are exactly that sad gambler. They planned to rob jews of everything jews had, they bet, they lost and now they wail, weep and sob and cry some "international laws" and, of course, lie like a pornstar.

United Nations General Assembly Resolution 181 called for the partition of the British-ruled Palestine Mandate into a Jewish state and an Arab state. It was approved on November 29, 1947 with 33 votes in favor, 13 against, 10 abstentions and one absent (see list at end of document).

The General Assembly resolution had to be approved and implemented by the Security Council. That never happened.
