Hamas are implacable enemies of Israel, that's true.
Have a closer look at what Israel offered though.
There were no favours offered, and certainly not '98%' of what they asked for.

Just a thought , and I know I don't live there, but England have basically neutralised the IRA by dealing with the majority of moderates.
They realised that conflict would never sort the problem out.
The extremists were essentially sidelined by the very people they claimed to be fighting for.

now back to reality, the title of the O/P is misleading (no surprise given the source). what she says is they don't like EACH OTHER (which i believe) and they are disrespectful to EACH OTHER (which is true).

They have a history. Obama was extraordinarily rude to Bibi last time and treated him like a mouse he found in the cornflakes.

So while I kind of don't like foreign leaders giving lectures to our president, I do think Obama earned that little lecture last week. Obama sort of needed that bit of public humiliation. Maybe he will learn some manners in the future.

Why are so many bowing and scraping to some other country's leader? It's much more damaging to our global reputation than any small bow Obama may have made. How are we supposed to broker a deal, if we're going to be all for one side? I think what we saw was frustration with someone who refuses to yield on any point, rather than contempt. IMO, that says more about the person who made the call than Obama. Sure they're not just projecting their own contempt?
