    FACTS:

    *We STILL have RECORD unemployment.
    *We STILL have RECORD debt.
    *We STILL have RECORD deficits.

Thanks to the tax cuts WE helped pass/extend, individual consumers are able to spend more, as they are more optimistic.

Thanks to us, the well to do consumers will continue to stimulate the economy with their investments.

If the economy is indeed, ACTUALLY GOOD AGAIN by 2012, Obama willl undoubtedly try to lie, and take all the credit, and we will be there to expose said BS.

LOL! When did the Great Depression have $451 Billion Christmas sales? Get off drugs, OK. That is the first step in recovery, ask Limbaugh who is still stuck on step 1.:lol:

The economy, compared to Reagan's tragic year of 1982, is doing better. To compare it today to the 1930s is moony. However, if the commercial mortgage market melts, our world will be worse than the thirties. Those few of us who know history and use it in our lives, however, are prepared to clean up if such happens. I imagine that most of the reactionary wacks of the radical right and the loony left here are in heavy debt (car notes, a mortgage for devalued property, credit cards, etc) and will pay an awful price for being greedy and should expect to become needy, very needy.

You mean you don't see hope & change? Seems you are lying to us on Christmas day. Tsk!

Oh, by the way, I found this lil tidbit just to show how well the economy has recovered.

Under Bush: True to form, sales levels increased a significant 8.8 percent (traffic -1.0 percent) during the week ending Dec. 26 as procrastinating and value-driven shoppers took full advantage of four full shopping says before Christmas to secure those last items on their lists. Leading the way, Dec. 26 – traditionally around the third best performing day of the season – vaulted to the number two position with $7.9 billion spent, opposed to $7.8 billion last year.
