I don't know about other states, but Nevada does not give illegals the same ID as legal residents and citizens. They are given a Driver Authorization Card which cannot be used to vote in elections.

I don't know about other states, but Nevada does not give illegals the same ID as legal residents and citizens. They are given a Driver Authorization Card which cannot be used to vote in elections.

"he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed", that means following the letter and spirit of the law, that is the constitutional requirement of the president and his administration. Congress is required, as part of our checks and balances, to hold the administrations feet to the fire. Is a legal immigrant able to vote? They are given drivers licenses.

The drivers licenses given to immigrants are clearly marked to indicate the holder is not a US citizen.
