Painting roads white.......fake forest fires........paying other states to use their glut of solar power.........poop scoop truck squads.....tents cities at town hall.........

Im missing another dozen goofball stunts that have occurred over the past year...........they need to write a book, "YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!".
