I read the responses to this article with incredulity. You act like the purpose of the main stream is to inform Americans. The purpose of the mainstream media is to make money for its corporate owners - most of whom are Republicans.
Notice how many posted that the NYT wouldn't say anything kind about a Republican. The NYT hasn't said anything kind about Democrats either.
Americans always think that private businesses do a better job than government. Well your MSM is all privately owned. You keep claiming it has a left leaning bias, but I see a media which is pretty much pro-president, regardless of which party is in power.
But then conservatives are always whining that they are unfairly portrayed in the media.
