House Whip James Clyburn warned two weeks ago that after the Nov Elections that Republicans would go after his eligibility status if they won. Well according to this list compiled of doubters, it looks like it will happen. Apparently according to a CNN poll last month, 6 in 10 in America now doubt his birth story. That is not good news for Obama or the country for that matter. If he would just release all of his records as Laura Ingraham and Newt Gingrich stated the other day, it all could be put to rest. America wants answers and so do these lawmakers here:

    1. U.S. Rep Steve King-IA
    2. U.S. Rep Bob Inglas-S.C.
    3. U.S. Rep Bill Posey-FL
    4. U.S. Rep Dan Burton-IN
    5. U.S. Rep Marsh Blackburn-TN
    6. U.S. Rep John Campbell-CA
    7. U.S. Rep Bob Goedlatte-VA
    8. U.S. Rep Nathan Deal-GA
    9. U.S. Rep Roy Blunt-MO
    10. U.S. Rep Lawrence Rappaport-N.H.
    11. U.S. Rep Ted Poe-TX
    12. U.S. Rep John Carter-TX
    13. U.S. Rep John Colberson-TX
    14. U.S. Rep Randy Nuegebauer-TX
    15. U.S. Rep Louis Gohmert-TX
    16. U.S. Rep Kenny Marchant-TX
    17. Senator David Vitter-LA
    18. Senator Will Espero-HI
    19. Senator Sylvia Allen-AZ
    20. Senator Judy Burges-AZ
    21. Rep Mike Ritz-OK

Not good indeed, the list of stupid lawmakers grows. Though to be fair, I don't think failed ex-candidates should count on the list (J.D Hayworth for example).

I personally Believe he was born in Hawaii.

However I do not understand why he has as of yet to release his long for Birth Certificate. seems like that would put this issue to rest, yet he resists doing it.

    Why?

No, it wouldn't. At this point, any further release of any certificate by Obama would just be called a fraud by the birthers. You seem to confuse the birthers for people who are logical.

PolitiFact | Obama's birth certificate: Final chapter. This time we mean it!

So they don't even issue certificates of live birth.

Anyone who believes the President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama was not born in the U.S at this point and time is pretty much on the same level of those who believe the U.S Government is behind the 9/11 attacks.

Obama has his Long Form Birth Certificate because he mentions it in his book. He mentions that he found it while going through his mothers belongings. This is before Hawaii issued computer generated ones. We need to see what hospital if any is on there.

Not so fast on the newspaper announcements. The birth announcements are easily explanable and have nothing to do with a forsight of the grandparents or mother that Obama would someday be president. A registration was allowed under Hawaiian law in 1961 to be made by any family member via a simple mail-in form to the state Health Department. No 3rd party or independent witnesses to the birth were required. The statement of a family member registering a new born child as born home was accepted into the registration system with little or no questions back then. A vital record would then be created. From that point, the birth announcement was on the list of births registered that week and then lists were sent out routinely each week to the two newspapers. Obama could have been born anywhere out of country and the vital record could have been made for him so he could get citizenship. That is what I think the grandparents did. Also, Obama newspaper birth announcements is further evidence the papers simply published the information they were given by the Hawaii Department of Health. Barack Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's parents, apparently did not live together as husband and wife at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu, the address listed in the announcement. Barack Obama Sr. lived alone in an 11th Avenue address, closer to the university.

Regardless ... one would not spend millions to keep it hid as well as college records ... WHY?

There you go making assumptions yet again.

Obama's refusal to release any further documents, or answer the questions about why his SS number was issued in Connecticut, and the money he has spent to keep his college records out of the public eye. Are fueling this conspiracy theory.

I personally think full disclosure would put this issue to bed. Sure you would still have a small group of people who would not believe it, but it would take a lot of fuel off the fire.

You bring up a good point. How in the world did Obama get a SS number from Connecticut if he was born in Hawaii? I am sure those questions will be asked by those lawmakers listed.
