He has since proved himself to have a keen instinct for other investments. State in peer reviewed articles, state in the conventions of their scientific societies, and state in personal conversations. LOL. Fellow, perhaps you need a refresher in geography. Portland is hardly dry, except for our summer period. Ours is a very temperate climate, one which does not vary that much from season to season.
