Pork tenderloin. Smoked one yesterday.
After it cooled I put it in refrigerator overnight.
Just sliced it. Ready for dinner

No way to BBQ sauce. You put BBQ sauce on your smoked ham?
Good BBQ does not require sauce. End of story.

Depends on what. I don't use BBQ sauce with steak but always do with chicken. One compliments the other. If you use so much you can't taste the BBQ you're using too much sauce.

Nice tenderloin. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone recommending BBQ sauce for pork tenderloin.

Ribs
Pulled pork
Chicken

1.77 a pound.
I bought 6 more today for the freezer

Sliced pork tenderloin sandwich could be a candidate for BBQ sauce, but for me, no.

No to ribs as well

We'll disagree on the ribs. When I do a 3-2-1 I always use some sauce for the wrapped phase.

I tried Rodney Scott's rub and sauce these weekend on some baby backs. Outstanding.

For my BBQ chicken or fish or even vegetables ( I don't eat red meat) , it's nice a bit of Dijonaisse , like the word says mayo and mustard....not always but sometimes.

I don't like BBQ sauce or tomato sauce on my food.

I like a little sauce on my BBQ. Slides down better with a bit of sauce
You are always welcome at my dinner table, sauce and all :)
my meat is moist... no need but you can bring your own.
