When you don't have the people to supervise, activities necessarily cease. Get over it. Flores was one of the the famous sue and settle scams the moabama admin pulled, it needs to be challenged, no time like the present.

The Flores agreement was reached in 1997. Obama wasn’t in office then.

I think the lies about abuse are just that. No one is being intentionally mistreated, in fact many at the CBP are coming out of their own pockets for diapers and toys. Most of those kids wouldn't know what to do with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Have you ever been to the interior of Honduras? Detention centers are a big step up.
