No cases of voter protection of blacks for years under Bush

Oh please. How is that evidence of cheating on the part of the Right. If anything, by protecting voter rolls from scrutiny, it's protecting cheating from the Left.

Um fact adverse idiot,

the republicans have been under a consent decree from the courts for decades now.

They are in that consent decree because they got CAUGHT cheating voters out of their votes with this tactic.

what the scotus did is say we wont take your case republicans.

The courts are right you need to be punished for your cheating.

You didn't read the case huh

In September 2008, the Inspector General for the Department of Justice concluded that some of the dismissals were motivated by the refusal of some of the U.S. Attorneys to prosecute voter fraud cases during the 2006 election cycle.[24]

Fallout[edit]

You left out the part where they refused to prosecute for partisan reasons.

Or, have you switched sources for your quote because the first was inconveniently honest?

they KEEP getting caught cheating so they can never get out of the consent decree.

why does the "left" leaning media ever report on these cases?

Just Lying about what happened doesn't change the actual FACTS

Actually, I did. And the consent decree came because the Republicans didn't bother to fight a civil case back in the 80's, not because they "got caught cheating." You are drifting further and further from the truth.

From YOUR link:

" Rather than fight the charges in a trial, the RNC agreed to a consent decree promising to “refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities … directed toward [election] districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic minority populations.”

dear fucking idiot just lying about the case is not producing facts.

You simply fucking lying about the facts of the case asshole

You're the liar, stupid. The US Attorneys were dismissed because they got caught not prosecuting cases because they implicated Democrats or voters likely to vote for Democrats. Your first link admitted that so you changed links to avoid it. You've devolved into falsehood and that kills your thread.

Go back to sleeping in dumpsters...it's more your speed. You can't engage in an adult debate.

Bye now. :)

Since TM's return she seems VERY high strung. Do you suppose she got a Dr's release or did she escape the asylum?
They may need to increase or change were meds. That is one bat-shit crazy woman.

Yup. All she can talk about is how the GOP has denied blacks the right to vote.

I don't know how many of these wacky threads she's started.

Bat-shit crazy doesn't begin to describe Truthsplatters.

No cases of voter protection of blacks for years under Bush

Remember, Republicans controlled both houses, the presidency and the Supreme Court. Only Democrats were investigated during the Bush/Republican stranglehold on government. Look how the GOP tied up the NAACP for years with a fake IRS audit.

People were really screwed over Enron. And how many went to jail? One? Two?

And service members were being electrocuted in Iraq from living on no bid substandard housing. Where was any substantial investigation?

Could you imagine if Clinton or Obama tricked the country into war leaving a depleted military, tens of thousands of young Americans dead and maimed costing the country trillions into the future in a fake war costing trillions more?

When Republicans held total control of the government, America really suffered. And then they passed that shit off onto Obama and the Democrats.

LMAO Yup. The only facts Splatters wants to see are her own. Of course most of hers are made up or cherry picked and she doesn't care if they are true are not. Anything to try to get her point across. That being that the GOP has been blocking blacks from voting since, well the Civil War??

She's a dead on Dem and would vote for Jack the Ripper if he were the Dem candidate for POTUS. She's also a flamming idiot of gigantic proportions. She is good for a laugh though.

I just know you're going to have loads of fun just like the rest of us.

It has notably shirked its legal responsibility to protect voting rights. From 2001 to 2006, no voting discrimination cases were brought on behalf of African American or Native American voters. U.S. attorneys were told instead to give priority to voter fraud cases, which, when coupled with the strong support for voter ID laws, indicated an intent to depress voter turnout in minority and poor communities.

At least two of the recently fired U.S. attorneys, John McKay in Seattle and David C. Iglesias in New Mexico, were targeted largely because they refused to prosecute voting fraud cases that implicated Democrats or voters likely to vote for Democrats.

why didn't he care about voters of color?

There is no need for voter protection--because everyone who is eligible to VOTE and can prove that they are eligible to vote in this country CAN. DA--DUH
