Perhaps you'd like to argue that with ....But Cruz, unfortunatey, is ineligible to run because he is not an American citizen.I'd much rather have Trump than Rubio or Cruz.I love itAND the OBUMA MUSLIM TERRORIST MASSACRE hasn't been influential in this poll....WAIT!
Now you liberals want me to explain WHY it's OBUMA'S MUSLIM TERRORIST MASSACRE?
Washington Times ^ | 12-4-15 | David Sherfinski
Businessman Donald Trump has opened up a 20-point lead over his nearest competitor, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, in a new poll on the 2016 GOP presidential field. Mr. Trump was at 36 percent in the CNN/ORC poll released Friday, with Mr. Cruz at 16 percent, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson at 14 percent, and Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida at 12 percent. No other candidate was above 4 percent support.
I aim to entertain you! The worse it gets for Liberals , the more I PLEASE YOU with my posts!
Cruz is just as good, Rubio, is ONE OF YOU!
So go Trump!
On the Meaning of “Natural Born Citizen” - Harvard Law ...
[SNIP]There are plenty of serious issues to debate in the upcoming presidential election cycle. The less time spent dealing with specious objections to candidate eligibility, the better. Fortunately, the Constitution is refreshingly clear on these eligibility issues. To serve, an individual must be at least thirty-five years old and a “natural born Citizen.” Thirty-four and a half is not enough and, for better or worse, a naturalized citizen cannot serve. But as Congress has recognized since the Founding, a person born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent is generally a U.S. citizen from birth with no need for naturalization. And the phrase “natural born Citizen” in the Constitution encompasses all such citizens from birth. Thus, an individual born to a U.S. citizen parent — whether in California or Canada or the Canal Zone — is a U.S. citizen from birth and is fully eligible to serve as President if the people so choose.[/SNIP]
