You gotta be kidding me! They're really that dumb.

Seems they'd rather blame de Blasio for not having the trash picked up more often. Some residents say the move only shows how City Hall is a Mickey Mouse operation.

Which it surely is.

You would not think you would need a warning lable on some thing that weighs a thousand pounds warning you that if tipped on top of you it could hurt or kill, but here we are and theyare all over the united statres!
 
When I lived in New York City there was a problem with rats and uncollected garbage. On more than one occasion I suggested to the Sanitation Department and the Mayor's Office that it would be a good idea to provide poison baits for placement in garbage left for collection. It undoubtedly would kill millions of rats and reduce the rat problem to a minimal level.

I believe the suggestion made sense but it was never acted on. Probably because of fear that if the poison was distributed it wouldn't be long before it would be used to eliminate unwanted relatives.
