It's pretty easy to beat, don't use gender specific ads and filter them out in the interview process. In this instance I'd interview all the females, and not interview the males. Then hire a female.

Give me the rules and I'll play the game.

The problem is the rules are listed in a book with tens of thousands of pages so you can't possibly know them, and many (like this) have nothing to do with common sense, which results in good people breaking the rules several times a day without knowing it.
