Should they not fight back?
You best check yourself before you wreck yourself. Google it.
The set that was opened when Scalia died was held open for a YEAR by Republicans.
What is the rush?
By the way...Bork was the asshole that finally fired the Special Prosecutor during Nixon's infamous Saturday Night Massacre and Thomas is possibly the worst Justice to ever take a seat on that august bench
There is no Biden rule
I'm familiar with the nonsense argument. It fails for two reasons. First, it was never a 'rule'. Biden offered an argument that was never implimented. There was no 'Biden Rule'. The 'rule' was invented by the GOP to be sold to conservative rubes that will believe whatever they're told.
Second, the suggestion made by Biden was that if a seat becomes open during the summer, that the senate should wait until the election in November to confirm a new justice.
Scalia died in February.
Unless you're arguing that February is the 'summer', you gobbled another silly bullshit argument.
You really should work on those reading skills. You are quickly slipping into libtardism.
No such thing as a Biden Rule
Says the poor, hapless soul that swallowed a made up 'Rule' as real. And then didn't even know what the 'rule' was supposed to be.
Perhaps you should cut and paste something for us. Preferably from a source that has a far better understanding of the situation then you do.
He meant the McConnell rule.
Why should I? You couldn't read it anyway!
