This seems to be the 'new america' that Øbama, Holder, Sharpton, Jackson, & all the race hustlers are working for. A nation NOT of law, but of grievance justification. They would probably go for an affirmative action justice system, where a quota of races have to be met.

They are attacking the very core of law, justice & due process. If we let them 'redefine' justice to include some stupid racial quotas, we may as well go to a race based system like the nazis. Go back to eugenics, & grant rights (or take them) based on race or other superficial human traits.

They don't want lady justice to be blind...they want her to be oprah, giving them license to be antisocial because of their race. It is a sad, pathetic, & anti human philosophy. But like all other cycles in human history, we repeat the same mistakes over & over
