A woman shows up in the lives of various people in a normal town and reveals to them she knows secrets about their lives. In some cases, she reveals secrets they did not know and come to wish they had never learned. In other cases, she approaches the people who have secrets and blackmails them for her silence.

All of the lives of her victims quickly unravel and the ripple effects wreak havoc in all their lives.

It's a great premise, and the limited series starts out pretty well. But then it kind of gets sloppy and lame.

All in all, I give this one a "meh".

The series is based on a book by Harlan Coben who apparently is a massively successful writer. I've read the reviews of some of his books on Amazon and some people really like him while others find him weak. I guess it's all a matter of taste.

It does have the obligatory twists at the end.
