Still escalated the reprisals into gaza that were warned about 2 months prior to any talks about what if or how so. The warnings were clear and hamas decided to kidnap and brutally murder 3 boys as discussed by hamas just a week before the murder. Then when the IDF went in to west bank towns looking for the culprits hamas increased the severity and rate of rocket fire. That is what led to the deaths of 2000 Palestinians hamas and its posturing, it also depleted the hamas arsenal and left them with no means of retaliating to the Israeli incursion.

My story is right, I remember it from reading the papers. The 3 teenagers were not the start.

I read in the papers that there is a double decker London bus on the moon and that Elvis is alive and well working in a Macdonalds. Does not make it true does it. In this case it was the constant rockets from gaza that started the problems, and hamas was warned about the consequences. The kidnapping and murder of the 3 boys was the last straw and Israel responded with frightening speed to the murders and pulverised the rocket launch sites. Then why did they give up gaza in August 2005, if they want to see hundreds of their people killed trying to reclaim it. Not even you could be that stupid to think that. It is all down to Islamic commands of world domination and mass murder of all non muslims. Israel has had investigations and punished those found guilty. Hamas celebrate their criminals as heroes.
ICC can only bring a case against those involved in incidents that have not been investigated locally........those committed by hamas.
Hamas does not want an agreements with Israel but is also against the ICC getting involved. This in part is want has deepened the rift between the PA and hamas. ICC involvement can only make the situation in the area worse.

Perhaps we might look at each of these amazing statements, and see how many holes we can punch in them in a short essay. Doing so is not particularly challenging.

Israel ‘upholds the highest standards of international law’. Well now, isn’t that interesting? International law forbids the movement of the occupying nation’s citizens into the occupied nation. Israel has moved over 500,000 Israelis onto Palestinian land, and Mr. Netanyahu has stated that not one of them will ever leave.
