GAZA, (PIC)-- Detained Hamas leader Ra'fat Nassif has said that the continued detention and summonses in the West Bank posed as dangers threatening the national reconciliation that was signed only a few days ago.

He said in a message published by the prisoners' ministry in Gaza on Sunday that "transparency and frankness" are the guarantor for stabilizing this reconciliation, warning of not releasing detainees in the West Bank and not stopping the policy of summonses and more detentions.

The analyst asked Hamas not to move forward toward formation of the unity government without solving the issue of political detainees first.

Sawaf said that despite the optimism and hope that the reconciliation would progress, yet there was still reason for doubts and fears that it would not.
