If this is true.... that it is C02, then we as a country have already done all we should do until these other major industrialized nations follow suit. So far... they have all failed. Screw the Paris climate accord. If the US went to net zero tomorrow, China and India and other places are still increasing their C02 outputs and from their actions, you can see they are all happy to let us decimate our economy, as we are competitors.

The last mini Ice age, scientists have theorized was caused by the drop in population due to the black plague. During that time, all throughout europe, the forests re-grew covering the landscape that had previously been cleared by man... for the following centuries all those trees absorbed Co2.... spurring a mini ice age.

wouldnt it make sense to then have the world focus on planting more forests? tackle problems like deforestation in the Amazon? where water run off goes back to the sea, instead of being trapped inland by all the growing plants? ...thats only one example.

Africa is another one. have you ever been there? if you have then you would know how people there have been cutting down their trees for firewood. there is no way you can get electrical infrastructure into that continenet fast enough or without destroying the land. They need to modernize by using things like natural gas or oil first, so they can end deforestation...

we are going about this all wrong, but guess what? politicians who invest in these Green technology companies are making fat bank. If not in stocks, then in later monitary kick backs.
