The rape occurred at Fawnbrook Apartments, in Twin Falls, when the three Muslims lured a 5-year-old girl into a laundry room and there committed upon her the most infamous acts of cruelty and barbarism, while the oldest boy filmed the entire incident.

Following a sentencing hearing Monday at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls, Judge Thomas Borresen of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District issued a gag order barring those present in the courtroom from discussing it.

No, the story is not false although some of the facts might be but not proven by Snopes. Here is how Snopes works. The article said muslim. Snopes says they were not Syrian, never mentioning they were actually from the middle east and muslim. I think that is somewhat of a lie. And the original article I don't remember a knife being mention but again Snopes interjects that to prove the whole incident didn't happen, when in fact by their own article it DID happen. Now what exactly happened we may not know because they were minors. But taking Snopes word for anything is foolish. Maybe we need a Snopes2 to check on the accuracy of Snopes.
