We need a few dozen special endowment funds at top universities to create operas and music videos to teach subtle high level skills of scientists, scholars, and people in the Arts who have made major contributions to civilization. A combination of music, dialog, special effects, and ordinary scenes would be effective in teaching skills that subtle.

Each opera or music video would show (not tell about) the internal methods of thinking each major scientist, scholar, or person in the Arts, made use of to discover or create a major work.

In addition to endowment funds, governments which act in an intelligent way would of course be eager to give grants for such operas and music videos, because training more people in the subtle skills needed to make major discoveries or works in the Arts would produce more rapid progress for the nation, and the rest of humanity.
