In other words, Mueller had nothing to say about obstruction of Justice, but he did earlier say there were not grounds for concluding there was any collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government, effectively stating there were never any legitimate grounds for the investigation in the first place. This is the actual last paragraph before the appendices. You are posting bs about the Mueller report, what you say is not in there. Its conclusion is that Trump cannot be declared innocent.Give it up, you are posting bullshit. If you don't read it and go by stuff people make up.Bullshit. The report cleared the Trump campaign of collusion and did not find grounds to claim obstruction of justice took place. The problem the Democrats have is that they have nothing at all to offer to the American people other than lies about the President, so these phony investigations will go on and on and on simploy because the Democrats have nothing else to do.That's not what the Mueller report says, but it was within its scope.
As per Justice Dept. guidelines, a sitting president cannot be indicted, so the scope was to either:
1. Declare Trump completely innocent, or
2. Put forward evidence that Trump cannot be declared innocent.
There was evidence of obstruction of justice as well as detailed information of communication between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.
