The "dark"? The President released transcripts of the phone conversation. If anybody kept people in the dark it was the Obama administration that prevented the IRS chief from testifying about Hussein using the IRS to punish political enemies. How about that Brit agent who offered the FBI fake documents? What about the 3,000 illegal weapons shipped to Mexico? One of them turned up in the murder of a Border Patrol Officer and nobody was even fired much less prosecuted while Hussein kept Americans in the dark about the insanity of "operation fast/furious".

If Biden did anything, the President has access to legal governmental agencies that can investigate it and could have for the last 3 years. He didn't need his personal lawyer going in and trying to pressure the Ukrainian president into ANNOUNCING (not conducting) but ANNOUNCING an investigation. They didn't actually have to do it.
