I was thinking how this test is more important than drug testing welfare recipients. If we could do all American males we could id who is a risk to children. We wouldn't have to arrest them, just make them aware and us aware of who they are.

Why only American males? Child molestation doesn't happen in other countries around the world? How about the rise in Female molestation of boys? How about the sex slave trade through out Central/South America and Asia?
