I think any admin would have been overwhelmed anyway.

First - Katrina missed NO. NO got only a glancing blow. The media the next morning said NO got lucky and escaped the worst.

Then the levees broke.

Bush probably shouldn't have said: "Brownie, you're doing a helluva job."

So the media should cease and desist making political points re Issac.
