Correct. Astoundingly, you said something intelligent. Therefore, you dumbass, you should refrain from pretending that you know. You simply donāt.
Sure I do. You can conclude that based on the circumstantial evidence.
I find them completely credible. Probably because Trump has been caught in 30,000 public lies. Not really. First part is the lack of credibility of both Stormy and Cohen.
Why? Because they dare brought them against Orange Jesus? But the other part is even bigger. The fact that the charge is a falsification of business records is so absurd on its face that no fair minded jury would ever buy it.
Trump took pains to hide that he was paying Daniels to keep quiet about having sex with him.
Nobody believes you are a lawyer, buddy.Youāre a pontificating gas bag. Only rarely would I put a criminal case client on the stand. Guess what? I got many acquittals all the same. Donāt grasp why? No. You donāt. Itās because well selected juries often strive to comply with the legal instructions and their oaths. They get it that they shouldnāt use the fact that a defendant may not testify against him nor her.
We're talking about Trump here, a guy who just can't keep his mouth shut. So any sensible jury is going to realizes if he's not getting up there UNDER OATH (and exposing himself to perjury charges) and draw their own conclusions.
