A number not seen since 1983, a year before Ronald Reagan was re-elected.

    I agree
This is why so many of us look to the correct policies such as lower taxes as well as smart de regulation
Deficit spending was not for the unions, it was utilized to stimulate the economy

Not to worry. Summer Recovery II will kick in tomorrow and all will be rosy again. In other words, it'll change...just as we've hoped it will.

For many Americans I believe it would be. Troops all over the world again. Unrest everywhere, even at home. Years of do nothing governments. We are poorly represented and paying the price

You must think Obama is all powerful to create such a mess in 2 years. Yes he did his part by continuing failed methods.
Bush did his part to create this mess, so did Reagan, Clinton and both houses of congress.

But to blame it all on Obama is blindly partisan to the point of ultimate stupidity.

There are many to blame, but what are we going to do about it now? We need to cut spending (long overdue) and cut taxes (that's all we have left). Is Washington doing this? Nope. So expect a tough year. We'll see what happens in 2012 when the election gets closer.
