The historic fact is that in every country his economic theories were implemented, the only beneficiaries were the rich and the multinationals who wanted cheap raw materials and a terrorized cheap labor force. If you only care about how the elite are doing his theories were awesome, if you care about things like tyranny, torture, pollution, loss of democracy, land raping, corruption and exploitation then they were not so good.

What utter horseshit. Chile is a country that explicitely implemented his policies, and it has the highest standard of living in Latin America. The countries that implemented the policies you support, like Bolivia and Nicauragua, have the lowest standard of living. Singapore and Hong Kong are two countries with the least amount of government interference in their economies, and they are in the top 5 when it comes to the standard of living.
