That would be a total of $180 million in combined U.S. aid planned for Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Trump could buy all three of those countries for less than that, evict the little brown shitheads, and turn them into nice resorts or golf courses.

Congress needs to appropriate the wall funding. They can add a small surcharge on the money transferred to Mexico from the US, $26b at 1% is $260m a year,
or add tariffs, or do some other funding mechanism. Like take the funding from the $79m Mexican foreign aid budget.
