With the recent Hur report about Joe Biden, we have learned that prosecuting Biden for illegally having Presidential documents is not an option because, "“Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” he writes."
Hillary Clinton was also investigated and found to have violated a myriad of ethical and procedural rules but was ultimately found not to have any bad intent.
The bottom line was, Hillary was just incompetent.
And I'm sure that if AOC were investigated, she would first have to show her a driver's license to prove she is of voting age, but if she is, my guess any psychological assessment would be shoved aside with the notion that she too is just another corrupt, incompetent, and basically ignorant democrat that would not be competent to stand trial.
Thank God for competent and intelligent politicians who are capable of, not just standing trial, but standing trial for about 50 so trials and 20 or so impeachments, and still leading in the polls.
They are all corrupt, but at least we have one of them that is competent enough to have to answer to the American people.
