Mega stores like Wal Mart are good for the disabled

I shop at Wally World. My physical imiitations make it very difficult for me to shop the main street shops.
I go one stop shopping at wally world, less painful tiring travel and in and out of the van, etc. Nice wide aisles and a selection of most things I need to get.

I have my own 4WD power chair do not use theirs as they are usually full of lard asses anyway.

Just saying there is more than one reason for Wally worlds success.

us you are so right....when i was limited to a chair for a short period....i found out how hard it was to move in stores....i became a militant disabled person, too. i thought nothing of knocking over displays with the chair when there was simply too much stuff in the aisle to move with a chair.

and walmart did i the room.

The damage walmart was being fought for already is done.

The Mom and pops they devastated already are gone.

The head wally man has past on to that large isle in the sky and his kids are trying to be a little more employee supporting.


Wally world aint the same moster it once was.

I have seen Magic Mart, S mart, Roses, etc come and go. K mart is still around and one of the few origional mega dept stores remaining.

I'm pretty sure though, and correct me if I'm wrong, that you wouldn't say that Walmart shouldn't work on the things that ARE wrong because something is good about it.

Yeah a mixed bag. They are also a large employer in my community, with better pay and bennies than many.

We have sold our future to China though and Wally world is a minor player in that.
