Zachary Greenberg, the man who allegedly attacked conservative activist Hayden Williams at UC Berkeley, had his firearms confiscated because of a restraining order against him, according to Williams’ lawyer, Harmeet Dhillon.

In video of the alleged altercation, Greenberg appeared to attack Williams on Feb. 19, despite not being a student at the school. He pleaded not guilty to three felony charges and one misdemeanor charge.

Dhillon released the new information during a Wednesday interview with Tucker Carlson.

I can relate my personal observations of the mental health profession caregivers over the past 32 years and if the average person saw what went on day to day in an institution they would be highly disturbed. I personally took videos, made recordings and turned over documents of a doctor who "treated" me for 3 months for manic depression. He ruined my health so bad that it took 6 years to return to normal. A board of VA doctors basically said he was experimenting and would have killed me within a few months. His license was revoked and he spent about 2 years in jail and was treated for mental health. After that he was transferred to Houston under parole and for 10 years I was apprised of his whereabouts. In the 10 year period he was a forklift driver in a Sam's Club warehouse. Since that time I have had background checks and have purchased a number of guns. That's my story.
