A man in downtown Chicago was electrocuted in his electric car today after it started raining. "This is one of the down sides of owning an electric car", said a spokesperson for Tesla. "We try to encourage people to not drive in the rain, or if they do, try not to touch anything metal inside the car while they are driving. You know, kind of like you never want to dry your hair while in a tube full of water. However, on the upside, we are fighting global warming, except for the cars that have their batteries explode as their garage goes up in flames, but I think that is only common sense. In those instances, we do have an issue with the subsequent out of control fires that emit enough carbon emissions to continuously fly a 747 back and forth from New York to Antartica for about 20 years or so, so there is that."
President Biden was unsure on how to respond. On one hand, he was upset that electric cars that he will soon mandate has gotten bad press, but on the other hand, Elon Musk can be blamed. Unfortunately, when asked at a press conference he responsed, "Blibershcophen itsnearblubal", so we will never know how he attempted to handle the situation.
Fortunately for Biden, his approval rating cannot go any lower than it is now. Also, this is nothing ballot harvesting cannot solve.
