No Conflict of Interest regarding Loretta Lynch being the deciding factor if a Grand Jury is called or not, holding Hillary's future in her hands?!

There is an investigation. Only the meat heads of the far right says it is criminal, but the FBI does not. There is no "fact", easyt, because no one is authorized by the FBI to say that it is so.
