I'm not sure..... I want to say love because it is more powerful to do good....
But it's like positive and negative.
You are more likely to remember a NEGATIVE experience than a positive one.... so.... what does that imply?
HATE is a negative. So are you more likely to remember someone that HATED you than one that LOVED you?
Is LOVE harder to recognized? Or maybe there is just MORE HATE....?
Not sure how you can love and hate someone at the same time...
Maybe LUST and HATE?

Hate is poisonous- Love is enriching. I think Hate is more powerful because holding onto Hate just poisons a person's soul.
I know of some twins that have a love/hate relationship- they can't stay away but hate when they are together.

Love releases the feel good hormone called dopamine , just like crying does.
Hate I feel is a negative hormone that can physically hurt someone after dragging it with them for years, that is why it feels so good to forgive someone and let it go.
