It's one insult to the American people's intelligence after another from the Leftist Media as it does its best to cover for fully exposed partisan, corrupt, criminal government agencies, no longer concerned with the destruction of their own credibility in the process.

WHAT 'credibility'? There is no 'concern' over their 'credibility' because they have proven they have none.

Clapper is the disgraced,criminal former Director of National Intelligence. He committed PERJURY before Congress when he testified the NSA was NOT violating the Constitution or the Patriot Act by illegally spying on Americans. Days later evidence was exposed / reporting the NSA was doing just that.
Democrats rushed to call Clapper before Congress to testify again so he could 'AMEND his earlier testimony' to avoid Perjury charges and prison. Clapper was latercaught committing Perjury AGAIN but this time Democrats stalled proceedings against him and protected him until the statue of limitations for prosecution ran out.
Clapper is also one of 50+ Intel 'experts' who committed Perjury by signing an Affidavit declaring the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop - now verified ad legit - was 'Russian Disinformation'.
Now Clapper has a job at CNN where the proven criminal / Perjurer was brought iut to vouch for rhe credibility of the DOJ & FBI after the FBI's recent historic, unprecedented, unwarranted, heavily-armed raid on President Trump's home.
Of the raid, Clapper said that 'one should assume all classified material obtained from former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home have been compromised.'
NO EVIDENCE, just this PERJURER'S OPINION that the American people should just ASSUME the information collected at Trump's home has been compromised .... because he and the proven criminal DOJ and FBI SAY SO .... and none of them would EVER lie ... except for all the times they were caught doing it!
CNN especially has proven, It seems, that corrupt, criminal perjuring, treasonous former Liberal Intel 'experts' don't go to jail for their crimes - they become liberal media 'Analysts'.
