4. POSSESSION OF CLASSIFIED:
Once Hillary left the State Department, was read out' of highly classified programs, signed MANDATORY NON-Disclosure agreements, and turned in all of her classified e-mails/documents/etc from that point on she was a US citizen without a need-to-know and without the necessary security clearance and approval to have classified information in her possession. To have such information in her possession would be a CRIME.
CRIME: Classified information was found in Hillary Clinton's possession.

5. ILLEGALLY KNOWINGLY GAVE ACCESS TO HIGHLY CLASSIFIED INFORMATION TO PERSONS WHO DID NOT HAVE A SECURITY CLEARANCE

** One problem here is that after leaving the State Department and while she was - according to Comey - still sending / receiving classified material / e-mails HILLARY no longer had an active Security Clearance and did not have the authority to legally correspond with these people using / sending / receiving classified information.

Perhaps only the LIBERALS will be shocked to know that there are rules / regs / laws governing the handling of classified systems, hardware, information, etc...and it is ILLEGAL for someone without a security clearance to have access to those systems and information...and it is ILLEGAL to GIVE such a person access to those systems and information!

3. She testified that she turned over all the govt related documents and emails on her server in her emails...that lawyers went thru them with criteria to capture gvt related emails.

The15000 emails that Comey found was in something called, ''slack space'' and he said these were emails ALREADY turned over by clinton/ they were DUPLICATES, or basically emails that did not transfer completely when upgrading or changing devices,

and most importantly...that there was no indication that any of theses emails that the FBI found were intentionally removed or deleted from her regular email files

1. Whethet properly marked or not - BS. The WH said there was EXTREMELY sensitive/potentially national security-damaging TS material on her server. Her being too stupid to recognize it does not declassify it or excuse her from having clasdified as a civilian, which is illegal. She had the training. There are rules, regs, and laws governing the destruction of classified devices. You can't simply personally smash one with a hammer. She broke the law regarding the detruction of classified as well.

3. BS. Comey clearly stated he found emails that had NOT been turned over to the State Department - thousands, which the State Department confirmed at the time as well. She also claimed she was authorized to use a persobal server, which the State Department denied. She was NOT...and lied by saying she was.

4. Thank you for giving your personal OPINION regarding the rest; howevet, you're full of shit. Her server was unauthorized. She had classified on an unencrypted server. Her server was NOT physically protected as required by law but was in the bathroom of a tech company whose people did not have the required security clearances to have her server. She KNOWINGLY, ILLEGALLY gave access to classified servers / emails / materials to NUMEROUS people - her personal IT aide (Pagliano), the IT company that illegally stored her server, her lawyers - who did not have security clearances. THAT is a crime. (Sharing your password to access your account when you have sensitive info is even a security breach.

She gave full access to all emails and material to lawyers who went through all of her info, lawyers who had no security clearances, who did not go through the required training needed before handling classified. If Hillary, who had gone through that training, was too stupid to recognize TS material how would they recognize it. Undrstanding you have classified on your server, WHY would you allow anyone without a security clearance to go through your server and its contents?

And she deleted / destroyed matetial / emails AFTER she received a subpoena requiring she save and turn over everything. HOW in your mind is this not violating the subpoena / the law, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, etc? One can't simply IGNORE a subpoena.
