I am all for THIS type of 'Gun Confiscation':
3 mask-wearing, armed teens fired shots at and attempted to rob a Georgia man and 2 others in the front yard of the man's home. One of the would-be victims returned fire, killing 1 of the attackers/robbers and wounding the other two, who later died at a local hospital. The weapons were easily 'confiscated' from the 'neutralized' criminals afterwards:
"Investigators said the three people who were on the Conyers property and neighbors have been interviewed, but no one has been charged. Levett confirmed two weapons were found at the scene and told reporters it's possible this could be a "stand-your-ground" type of case."
