Kyl Agrees To Payroll Tax Cut On One Condition

Not the cuts on the lower range earners, which you know, of course.

What on earth could possibly motivate the average person to support extending the Bush tax cuts? Do you have any sense of self-respect, or even self-preservation?

The desire for our taxes not to go up?

So because you refuse to compromise, it's really your opponents who are not willing to compromise.

Do you guys ever take responsibility for your actions? If you don't like the deal, don't make it. But have some self respect and take responsibility for your choicces instead of blaming your choices on others.

How is voting to allow the government to flush more of your paycheck down the welfare sewer an exercise in "self-preservation?"

You voted for Bush. You wanted the wars. You wanted deregulation. Now we have to pay for that.

Don't be silly. An offer is not necessarily a compromise.

According to your logic, every time you use a highway, buy gas or use post office services, you're a blood-sucking tick. See how silly that sounds? Of course you don't.

You guessed it: Extend all of the Bush tax cuts. In other words, Republicans aren't serious about compromising. Big surprise.

WASHINGTON -- Sen. Jon Kyl announced Monday what it will really take to extend a payroll tax holiday for the middle class: an extension of tax breaks for the wealthy.

The Arizona Republican, taking to the Senate floor after Democrats proposed a 1.9 percent surtax on income above $1 million to pay for the payroll tax break, argued that the tax cut didn't work. But, he said, he'd still support its extension if the wealthy keep their breaks, too.

Sen. Jon Kyl Raises Tax Hostage Scenario: Extend Bush Cuts For Payroll Tax Break

If the rich can't get their tax cuts then fuck it, no one should.

You don't know what you're talking about.

Just as I said, most of it goes to feed welfare tics.

BP doesn't allow facts to get in the way of his opinions.

The FACT is that most government spending goes to feed welfare tics.

It's not a fact, and you mean ticks, not tics.

It is a fact. You even posted the proof.
