Ideology is more powerful than any degree of wealth. No Ideology is more dangerous to America and the rest of the West, than postmodernism. For over sixty years postmodernist ideology has driven our universities through domination of the humanities and social sciences by means of derived philosophies, which have dictated the political policies of the American Left, and elevated the non-hard science disciplines as having political priority over hard science studies. So what the hell does that mean for the individual average U.S citizen like you and I who just want to be left alone to work, raise a family, pursue hobbies (gone fishing), plan for retirement?

Logic: Another baseline from which to determine true aspects of the world around us from the make believe. Postmodernists despise logic because it is the method of reasoning which can irrefutably dispute their grand narrative and its teachings; the grand narrative of Marx himself.
Dialogue: In its most basic form: an exchange of ideas through words; a discussion intended to produce an agreement. Postmodernist elite ideologues cannot tolerate back and forth communication or debate, had with the purpose of meeting on common middle ground to solve any kind of dispute because in their minds, their ideology is the only true interpretation of the world. Individuality: Postmodernists believe your identity is created by the group they've assigned you to, not through being an individual; there's no unique you, only the collective, of which you are an example; one of many. Free Speech and Truth: Free speech the first of two silver bullets against postmodernist ideology. In practicing of free speech ideas which could, and most likely would, dispute postmodernist core philosophy and call for its resistance can be freely stated and shared. Truth, on the other hand, is the result of honest free speech without fear of its outcome or consequence. If the individual does not fear the outcome of his honest free speech, then its resulting outcome: truth, can result in all manner of things postmodernists do not want, such as self-recognition and proclamation of individuality, reaching agreements through dialogue, reasoning through logic, and facts about human nature.

Two examples of current, daily observable effects of the application of postmodernist ideology to the lives of average American citizens like us, follow:
For decades postmodernist identity politics has usurped the power of racial inequality once an indisputable and widespread part of American popular culture and government policy, for use against African Americans, to avoid recognizing each African American citizen as an individual and unique personality, and rather as a member of a faceless group, and then forcing their group whole to engage in a generational fear, hatred and thirst for revenge against its oppressor: not just any fellow American with a lighter skin tone, but the whole identity group collectively, of Americans with lighter skin tones.
In other words, postmodernists have "spoken for" the entirety of the African American population as one voice, to deceive them as a whole into having no gratitude for the rights and freedoms afforded to them as equal members of American society. The second currently observable effect of postmodernist ideology on the average American lies in their disbelief in facts and promise of ultimate freedom and group rights. The manifestations of these postmodernist lies can be seen in the LGTBQ movement where their deceitful offer of rights and freedoms without consequence has resulted in proliferation and spread of STDs, dangerous sexual promiscuity, the freedom to promote and expose their sexuality publicly and force it on other Americans at the cost of free speech, in particular on our children.
Further manifestations include promotion of the porn industry and its effects on marriages and the conceptualization of intimacy in the minds of our young. The entertainment industry and the culture of anything goes self-gratification no matter the level of violence against or abuse of the human form--even that of children. And lastly, in instilling a belief in our young people that they are wiser (through online search engines an social media interaction) than the authority figures in their lives, namely their parents, and so can commit any act without guilt or consequence for actions.
The Truth with consequences for telling it: Everything we do comes with consequences. Most often those consequences are the terrible, negative effects our own actions have on other people, most commonly, the ones we care most about. Ultimate individual freedom means less happiness and freedom for others. Unlimited rights exceed the limits of personal responsibility, If you accept and practice the rights and freedoms provided to you without responsibility for the consequences of using them, the only thing you will achieve is spreading utter chaos, self-destruction and the harming of others; ultimately, the downfall of American society.
