It clearly points to bribery. Do you understand how detectives work? When they see something super shady, they look into it. There is almost always something there.

So far i have yet to hear any excuse offered that would explain why these payments were handed out to Biden's family members. If Biden took bribes and gave those bribes to his family, that is HIGHLY illegal. This idea that the money must be connected to Biden's personal bank account in order for him to get in trouble is simply not true.
