Kavanaugh has already been questioned. He has been grilled. He has been in meetings. He has undergone talks with the FBI every time he has been investigated. Now her accuser has done nothing but written an anonymous letter and done a interview. Her attorney said she would testify now she says not.

The only other person that in her second attempt to tell the story says nothing like this happened. So the only thing that needs to be done is have her testify or shut up.
