Honestly, I dont think it really exists yet. I see some groups that are emerging that seem to beboth rational and effective in presenting their views, but none are 100%, which is sort of a fantasy anyway in politics.

* Hiring an all American workforce

* Give ex - cons a second chance

* Tax incentives to take people off welfare and unemployment

* Extra incentives for taking physically disabled off disability and providing them with a job

* Bring jobs back to America

Incentivize employers and they have no reason to hire foreigners (legal or not.) Employers hire based on profit not penalties. If Americans have the jobs, no reason for foreigners to come here in the first place.

These are already in place in many/most states. What exactly "new" are you proposing?

Employers do hire based on profit, the cheaper they can get an employee, the harder that employee works, the more profit the employer makes. The issue is now, how does the employer know he is hiring someone illegally when they present documents he must accept, and can not release the illegal until those documents are shown to be incorrect?

Foreigners will always have an excuse to come here, whether there are jobs for them or not, they are called economic refugees.
