Kamala Harris is a true Democrat. According to Kamala Harris' father, the Democratic presidential hopeful's great-grandmother was a Jamaican slave plantation owner who founded the city of Brown’s Town, Jamaica.

Former MTV VJ Adam Curry, read quotes directly from Harris' father's book, "Reflections of a Jamaican Father." Reflections of a Jamaican Father

By Donald J. Harris

As a child growing up in Jamaica, I often heard it said, by my parents and family friends: "memba whe yu cum fram". To this day, I continue to retain the deep social awareness and strong sense of identity which that grassroots Jamaican philosophy fed in me. As a father, I naturally sought to develop the same sensibility in my two daughters. Born and bred in America, Kamala was the first in line to have it planted. Maya came two years later and had the advantage of an older sibling as mentor. It is for them to say truthfully now, not me, what if anything of value they carried from that early experience into adulthood. My one big regret is that they did not come to know very well the two most influential women in my life: "Miss Chrishy" and "Miss Iris" (as everybody called them). This is, in many ways, a story about these women and the heritage they gave us.

My roots go back, within my lifetime, to my paternal grandmother Miss Chrishy (née Christiana Brown, descendant of Hamilton Brown who is on record as plantation and slave owner and founder of Brown’s Town) and to my maternal grandmother Miss Iris (née Iris Finegan, farmer and educator, from Aenon Town and Inverness, ancestry unknown to me). The Harris name comes from my paternal grandfather Joseph Alexander Harris, land-owner and agricultural 'produce' exporter (mostly pimento or all-spice), who died in 1939 one year after I was born and is buried in the church yard of the magnificent Anglican Church which Hamilton Brown built in Brown's Town (and where, as a child, I learned the catechism, was baptized and confirmed, and served as an acolyte).

Both of my grandmothers had the strongest influence on my early upbringing("not to exclude, of course, the influence of my dear mother "Miss Beryl" and loving father "Maas Oscar").…

Will Harris be held to the same standard as others with racial controversies in their family tree?

For example, NASCAR river Conor Daly lost sponsors after being attacked by liberals over a racial slur used by his father in an interview during the early 1980s.

This hypocrisy is reminiscent of the contrast between the media’s reaction to actor Jussie Smollett’s recent hate hoax and the uproar caused by Roseanne Barr’s tweet comparing Valerie Jarrett to the Planet of the Apes.

Roseanne had her entire show canceled, while Smollett continues working on Fox’s Empire.

So, Kamala’s got more slave owner in her than Lizzy Warren has Cherokee...ROTFLMFAO!!!

She is even LESS a "Black" person than Barry Soetoro. She has no ancestors who were slaves, never lived in a Black community, had a privileged upbringing with two scholar-high-achieving parents, experienced vastly more "discrimination" in her favor than against her, takes great pains to look as "white" as possible, and is married to a white guy.

And she constantly describes herself as a "Black" person. You couldn't make this up. She makes Senator Warren look positively authentic.

She's smart, she'd kick Trump's ass in a debate, but I think she's too far left to get that far.
We need a true moderate to soothingly read us bedtime stories about the economy and foreign relations while behaving like a POTUS. Where oh where has that little dog gone?

I thought Hillary was the smartest woman on the planet, and Trump kicked her ass in the debates.

...and that was before he learned the position...after a full term as president Trump knows much more about how the world works than before being in the oval office...I'd bet on Trump vs ANY of the 20 that were on stage....

A real red dog Republican elderly friend of mine heard Kamala on the debates the other night and was quite impressed with her. Thought she was sensible and well informed, etc. When a Republican (she didn't even vote for JFK) thinks Kamala is worth listening to, you folks may have a problem.
Decent people HATE Trump. They'll look anywhere for an alternative. Kamala is a ball crusher, and although she'd probably do no more damage than the current President is doing, I would like to see us heal for a term.

Decent people voted for Trump and will vote for him again in 2020.
The Evangelicals and those with "traditional values" and "patriotism" can never vote for the godless anarchist party.
Do you want the dems to totally fuck up the healthcare system, the immigration system, the judicial system, and the economy? No thanks.

You have a distorted view of what a decent person is.

Decent people voted for Trump because they don't expect other people to pay for their expenses.

Decent people voted for Trump because they don't think open borders, lawless sanctuary cities, disdain for law enforcement, and taxpayer money going towards illegal aliens' healthcare, education, housing, and food is fair and secure for them.

Decent people voted for Trump because they believe in the greatest governing institution ever created by man, our Constitution. They don't believe it should be undermined and replaced with a Socialist Manifesto.

Decent people voted for Trump because they understand our economic machine was being undermined by Socialist idiots who agreed to idiotic trade deals which stripped Americans of jobs, economic success, pride, and upward mobility.

Decent people voted for Trump because they didn't like seeing other countries rip us off and they wanted someone to stand up to those countries unapologetically and demand a level playing field.

Decent people voted for Trump because they were tired of our military being demonized by limp wristed petunias and wanted our military rebuilt and respected again.

There's a lot more, but I think you get the point why Trump is President and the Queen never was coronated.

This thread is about Kamala Harris' grandmother. Because it appears that on at least 16 occasions Trump did not have consensual sex. But it's important when we talk about this situation because of the consistent disingenuous attempts by racists such as yourself to revise history trying to make blacks solely responsible for the slave trade. Those like you want to whine about how you should not be held responsible for the deeds of your ancestors, yet you are holding Harris responsible.

Roseanne had her entire show canceled, while Smollett continues working on Fox’s Empire.

So, Kamala’s got more slave owner in her than Lizzy Warren has Cherokee...ROTFLMFAO!!!

You might want to check Harrison Brown who was the slaveowner and begin questioning if the sex was consensual that created her great grand mother or her father.

Didn't seem to bother you if TRUMP HAD CONSEXUAL SEX...DID IT?

This thread is about Kamala Harris' grandmother. Because it appears that on at least 16 occasions Trump did not have consensual sex. But it's important when we talk about this situation because of the consistent disingenuous attempts by racists such as yourself to revise history trying to make blacks solely responsible for the slave trade. Those like you want to whine about how you should not be held responsible for the deeds of your ancestors, yet you are holding Harris responsible.

It happened over 100 years ago. I am pretty sure that all the responsible people are dead. Only race vultures remain.

NO reparations.

Also, isn't it wonderful when a black supremacist at the same time let's it out that blacks - including himself - are handicapped?
