Hope it's true the 80-year-old is gonna hang it up. Give Trump two seats to fill, and sitting in the wings is 83-year-old Ginsburg who's got very serious medical issues. And let's not count Breyer out of the running either as he's 78.

If this is true, it basically assures Gorsuch a straight up and down vote. The Democrats will have to keep their powder dry for whoever Trump nominates to fill the Kennedy Vacancy.

So Trump will select 3 Justices. If done correctly the court will be pro-Constitution for decades.
