CDZ Jurisdiction of the Judiciary

There seems to be widespread confusion regarding the jurisdiction of our courts to weigh in on the presidents immigration ban. The confusion extends all the way into our upper level justices......it should not.
Clearly any/all presidents since around WW!! have had the authority to ban immigration of any single class of people or country regardless of the religion, nationality, skin color or any other factor to insure the safety of our country. The authority is broad and could be extended to all immigration if so deemed.
All Justices should be aware of this authority, which is beyond the scope of the judiciary, before they reach a higher court position. Appears they do not.

The confusion seems to be an extension of the courts mandate to protection of civil rights from religious discrimination in a totally inappropriate manner.
How so? The court is mandated to protect the civil rights (did you understand civil?)
of our citizens. Immigrants are not yet American citizens therefore the courts have no jurisdiction to make rulings both usurping the authority of the president and extending their civil rights jurisdiction to the whole world in effect.
The Washington state judge who started the injunction should be removed/demoded from his post and the issue should be removed from the jurisdiction of the judiciary altogether.
We are indeed in trouble when the courts of our land do not understand their own powers and limitations and play politics with their authority.

The judicial oligarchy seized control in Marbury v. Madison.

This is the result.

Once again proving Lysander Sponer to be correct.

What did he find improper about the Executive Action?

Also, just because FDR did something wrong and got away with it doesn't mean Trump is allowed to.
