June 5, 2014 - 8:34 PM SALT LAKE CITY (AP) —
More than 1,000 couples who rushed to wed after a judge overturned Utah's gay marriage ban will have to keep waiting for many of the legal benefits of being married following an appeals court decision Thursday.
The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted Utah's request to delay the implementation of a ruling that ordered state officials to start recognizing the marriages next week.

Whereas by June 12, 2014 Utah would have had to start recognizing LGBT marriages, the 10th circuit court of appeals extended the stay.
After a rather difficult search, I came up with the blurb above. Several of the other websites who reported on this incident came up with "page missing" or "error" messages. ie: someone is squelching the release of this report. After all, the LGBT propaganda machine can't really pull off the fake it till you make it mantra "we've already won so just lie down and take it" if there are signs they may not be able to force their new and strange "marriages" on an unwilling citizenry.
And the 10th extending the stay on gay marriage is not the rosiest of omens for how it ultimately will be deciding if you're one of the people seeking to tell Utahans they have no say in the matter.
Perhaps the 10th got a whiff of the false premise used so successfully to win all these advances in the courts? http://www.usmessageboard.com/curre...wins-gay-legal-challenges-simple-as-that.html
Many studies [over 300 of them] cited in the OP of that thread lay in cement that homosexuality is a learned deviant sexual affect. As such, it is a behavior. Which legally is a crucial distinction as it turns out. Behaviors are regulated by the majority and if just some that are objectionable to the majority are allowed to dictate to the majority...turns out we no longer have a democracy.
Once the "LGBT" incomplete behavioral grouping gets to dictate to the majority, the courts may not arbitrarily discriminate against other behavioral minorities. Based on what? That the majority rejects them?
You can see the problem legally...
