The agreement dates to 1982, when the Republican National Committee settled a lawsuit brought by the Democratic National Committee accusing the GOP of trying to intimidate minority voters. Under the agreement, the Republican National Committee must obtain court approval before implementing certain poll-monitoring activities in minority precincts.

The republican party does better when fewer Americans vote.

That's true, because all the intelligent people in this country already vote. Only the stupid don't vote. More people voting means more stupid people voting. The fewer people voting the better.

The way Democrats win elections is by voting early and voting often.
The way is now clear for those 26 registered Democrats, all living in that four room Ohio house, to now proceed to the polls or apply for absentee ballots and for those Democratically funded buses, waiting loaded with newly enfranchised voters who boarded en mas at the Southern Border, to transport them to their waiting sanctuary cities where they'll be instructed in the finer points of voting by eager, willing Democratic poll workers from those locales.
That raises the possibility of hypothetically seeing 215 million voters voting in this election when there are only 200 million registered. Barack Obama, sacre bleu, miracle worker.
